Cotabato Light Announces Rate Hike Driven by Higher Generation and Transmission Costs for November 2025 Billing
The overall residential rate of Cotabato Light went up by P1.7458 per kilowatt hour (kWh) this November, increasing the rate to Php 9.8312/kWh from P8.0854/kWh last month.
