Cotabato City, February 5, 2025 – A momentous occasion took place on February 4, 2025, with the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Cotabato Light and Power Company, and the Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Norte. The ceremony, held at the Cotabato Light Office, solidified the province’s participation as a Host Beneficiary under the Energy Regulation (ER) No. 1-94 Program, specifically with Cotabato Light.
